You should apply if you

• can prove excellent performance in your studies, school and/or profession (e.g. through grades, scholarships, awards), regardless of your field of studies
• show an exceptionally high degree of social commitment
• have an exceptionally high degree of emotional and social intelligence
• wish to take part in open debate and accept other pluralistic views
• wish to take on responsibility in various forms
• wish to meet other talented young people with whom you can work on joint projects
• wish to have a possibly unique experience that offers you decisive insights for your future professional path
• are at least 18 years old
